Hello my name is Aaron Daub, and this is my story:
Born September 28th 1978, Libra.. I have three siblings, two older brothers, my sister being the oldest of all of us. All are married with children. All together I have nine nieces and nephews, Growing up I had a normal childhood.. I graduated from High School in 1997, I started my working career at Cedar Point. I worked there for four summers, 97-00. I worked as a ride attendant for three years and my last year I was a lifeguard at Soak City.. I love roller coasters, as far as I could remember I had always wanted to work at Cedar Point.. People always asked why I went back for so many summers.?? It was the people that made you want to go back.. It was not for the money or the job.. But the whole experience. I have met the most wonderful people there that I still talk too, today.. My life was a roller coaster, and that was the way I liked it. I adapted well..

In 2000 it was time to get serious.. I left that world that I loved so much and a began a new chapter at May National Bank of Ohio.. ( the old May Company).. I started in the new accts dept on the phone where we processed new accts, for 13 different divisions. May Company was a multi billion dollar Company, I had no worries there.. I had moved around the company, customer service to fraud then I found where I wanted to be in the Sales Check Library.. There is where I was in charge of 78 Lord and Taylor stores. I helped design and implement a system we had called the media retrieval system. I traveled around to all divisions all over the United States..I traveled so well that I was referred to a young lady named Audra Deletus.. She was in charge of new accts in the marketing dept.. She would travel to all new stores that opened up around the US, and process new accts on location. She took me under her wing and traveled the states.. I was in good hands.. Much to my surprise we were bought out by Macy's.. I watched a company that I believed in so much crumble to the ground. My job was eliminated in april of 2006.. What to do now I have to start all over.. I always waited tables for some extra cash, I did job interview, job fairs, my resume was online. I could not see myself sitting behind a desk pushing papers, working 9-5pm. It was not me. I have a friend that told me I should go to Paul Mitchell with her and do hair..I thought about it for the rest of summer.. I checked out the school in Twinsburg, and loved it..

January 2007 I enrolled in the Paul Mitchell Partner School in Twinsburg.. They had a 95% passing rate on state board and 99% job placement..It was a no brainer.. There I was surrounded with amazing people again.. I felt like I belonged here. I was active in the product rep team and design team, I loved to go to school it was like a new found love that I did not know about.  The culture, team building the positive attitudes, people were great. I believe in Paul Mitchell and what it stands for. I graduated in february 2008 where I started with PMOhio as a Salon Service Professional, in the greater cleveland area, an new journey another roller coaster.. Also I work in a Focus salon in Cleveland called The Studio where I work with Rachelle King a national educator for the JPMS. My favorite cocktail is quick slip, sculpting foam and extra body finishing spray. My tools are the ion round brushes and the new ion styler 1.0.. I do believe that educations the key to success, and I'm surrounded by the love of name that is true to it's products, people, education and a company that will not crumble.. I choose Paul Mitchell and I hope you do to.. Thank you for listening and I can't wait to listen to your story.
