Educator Candidate Requirements:
• Must be a licensed cosmetologist or barber with at least 2 years of actual salon experience
• Work in a Signature or Focus Salon
• Use Paul Mitchell® and Paul Mitchell Professional Hair Color products as your primary line
• Be in good standing with your local Distributor
• Able to attend the required bi-annual Educator Trainings and commit 3-5 days per month to Paul Mitchell Education
• Sponsored by a Distributor Salon Consultant or Distributor representative
• Positive, motivated and friendly
• Have a passion to serve fellow professionals
• Dedicated to the growth and continued development of the professional beauty industry
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Provide a letter of recommendation from a John Paul Mitchell Systems® Regional Director and DSC
• Submit a professional resume and photo

Time Frame:
You will be notified within 6 weeks if you are accepted into the Paul Mitchell Education System. If you are accepted, you will be registered for a New Talent Traning and Audition. Additional information will be provided at that time.

If you are not accepted based on program requirements, you may apply again in 6 months.
