What is the Future Educator Program?
The Paul Mitchell Future Educator Program is a support system for stylists that are new to the industry. Those that choose to participate in this program will develop the skills necessary to be successful in the professional beauty industry. Future Educators will have the opportunity to assist current Paul Mitchell Associates in various teaching environments. They will receive extensive product training, as well as, learn presentation skills and public speaking. Future Educators will also have the opportunity to work backstage with industry leaders at our premier shows.
Upon completion of the Future Educator Program, participants will then be invited to try out for the Paul Mitchell Associate Program and become an educator. The Associate Program is the next step in becoming a John Paul Mitchell Systems National Platform Artist.
What are the requirements of the Program?
*Must have a cosmetology or barber's license or currently be enrolled in a cosmetology or barber school
*Must be working in a salon that retails and uses Paul Mitchell products at Signature Salon or Focus Salon level.
*Must be at least 18 years old
